INGREDIENTS of Capoeira retreat Črnomelj 2023:
– open minded teachers (mestre Versatil, contramestre Vaqueiro, contramestre Hiena, professor Caatinga)
– specific classes (on movement & music) with live bateria
– topic-oriented rodas & open discussions
– local food prepared with love
– sleeping, training eating and socializing in pristine nature bt river Kolpa
